Rita Cattivera lives and breathes wellness. She is passionate about mind body soul in the fitness arena and is a qualified ChiBall trainer of which there are less than 50 in the whole of Australia! She loves to share her passion and create wellness wherever she teaches.
 
Nicky Pahnis has been teaching for 2 years after many years of participating in various freestyle classes and spending many hours at the gym!  Nicky is creative with choreograhy and mainly teaches hi low and step.  Nicky is currently having a break from teaching as her 4th child Jaxson was born on 12 th September but we look forward to having her back taking classes when she is ready.

Karen Anastopoulos is owner of The Music & Motion Studio and Kmotion and only this year qualified as an instructor.  She loves teaching - a new found passion after 18 years producing aerobic music, running fitness conventions and running instructor training courses. Karen's passion is getting people into aerobic exercise who haven't done it before and to have fun.  It's essential to reap the benefits of exercise but if it's not fun then you won't keep at it!

Fiona Affleck could be nicknamed fitball Fiona as she is well known for her passion for Fitball. Fiona is currently training with SmartFitball and is well placed to be teaching you SmartFitball. Fiona loves to educate participants in order for them to get the full benefit of participation in her classes.  The Fitball is a unique tool offering workouts for core stability, weight and strength training as well as cardio.

Joyce Ford  is a physiotherapist and a wonderful freestyle instructor who frequently avails herself of the opportunity to attend workshops to gain new and creative ideas to keep her participants working hard and stimulated. She has many years’ experience and is more than capable of choreographing aerobics and step classes that cater to participants of all abilities.  Joyce is also one of the few instructors that currently works as a national presenter.  This means that she is qualified to teach other aerobics instructors.  Come and join Joyce on alternate Saturday mornings for an hour of Sweat and Step. 

Victoria Mead is our bellydance instructor.  Having been a teacher of bellydance for many years as well as performing in restaurants and at shows, Vicky's expertise and passion are obvious for all to see.  Her classes are fun and a great way to tone up and work on core strength and flexibility.  Her warm personality makes the experience both comfortable and fun.

Karen Bryant is sometimes on the desk, sometimes in the office.  She is there to take your bookings and clip off your 10 class passes. She is also there to answer your questions and listen to your feedback as well as do the occasional childcare.   She is a qualified Physical Education and Sport teacher, spending 11 years teaching at one of Melbourne’s top independent schools.  Karen has been teaching some Saturday morning aerobics’ classes and has also taught the aerobics lessons, from which we have had many graduates to the Sweat and Step classes.  She recently completed the Smart Cycle training workshop and now leads the cycle classes offered on the Kmotion timetable.
