OUR BACKGROUND1990 was the birth of The Music and Motion Studio with the launch of Australia's best Aerobics Music. We grew quickly and became a well known name within the fitness industry music for Group Exercise classes. In 1994 we started our training courses for Australia's instructors as we are passionate about developing a high standard of expertise in the fitness industry.
Our training programs include LIFESPRINTS, SmartBar, SmartCycle, SmartFitball and Ageing with Attitude. ALL course are available INHOUSE at your fitness centre as well as generally run at different venues throughout the year. Products available through us include the best aerobic music on the market as well as ChiBalls, Fitballs, DVDs as well as training. We produce aerobic music here at our own studio as well as import different mixes from Europe and America (including Multitrax and Muscle Mix Music).
