OUR BACKGROUND1990 was the birth of The Music and Motion Studio with the launch of Australia's best Aerobics Music. We grew quickly and became a well known name within the fitness industry. In 1994 we started our training courses for Australia's instructors as we are passionate about developing a high standard of expertise in the fitness industry. 2007 saw the opening of our new Studio Kmotion where we now share our knowledge and 'know how' with you by offering regular instructor training sessions and workshops as well as group exercise classes for the general public. These classes at Kmotion include aerobics, step, fitball, chiball, smartbar and more. Products available through us include the best aerobic music on the market as well as ChiBalls, Fitballs, DVDs as well as training. We produce aerobic music here at our own studio as well as import different mixes from Europe and America (including Multitrax and Muscle Mix Music).
